  1. Same Day Delivery is available ONLY in "Melbourne INNER Metro" (10km within CBD) and the "Wyndham Area", orders should be placed before 10:00am AEDT to be eligible for same day delivery. (EXCLUDES FRUIT BOUQUETS!) The rate for a same day delivery will vary depending on location.
  2. "FRUIT BOUQUETS NEED TO BE ORDERED AND BOOKED IN ADVANCE - at least 2-3 days before delivery date."
  3. ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BEFORE 2:00pm AEDT for delivery schedule to apply.

  4. Orders received after 2:00pm or orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next business day (unless a public holiday coincides) and delivery schedule will be based on the date the order has been processed.
  5. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT A "SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME" (e.g. 2:30pm or before 4:00pm), however, deliveries will be made to most business addresses by 5:00pm and residential addresses by 7:00pm.
  6. Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Weekends and Public Holidays, we can however deliver on the next available working day.
  7. You may place an order in advanced and have it delivered at a later date. If your nominated delivery date is earlier than the delivery schedule or is during the weekends or public holidays, we will send you an email to let you know the correct delivery date. We will go ahead with your order after receiving a confirmation from you or after 1 business day if no reply has been received. Depending on the circumstances, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may just provide you with a full refund.
  8. If the RECEPIENT is NOT HOME to receive the product, you may choose to LEAVE THE PRODUCT AT THE DOOR if the courier deems the drop-off location to be safe. Alternatively, a calling card will be left to contact the courier and arrange a re-delivery. Depending on circumstances, re-delivery is unlikely to take place on the same day. If you have chosen the option for re-delivery or if we are required to re-deliver your gift (i.e. if there is nowhere safe to leave your gift), a re-delivery fee or re-direction fee will apply.
  9. Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. If a wrong address is supplied, we will attempt to find the correct address by contacting you. A redirection fee or re-delivery fee will apply depending on the circumstances. The time of delivery to the correct address will be dependent on the time of day we confirm the correct information. However, if the bouquet is delivered to an incorrect address and is not recovered, Sweet Stems can not accept any responsibility for such loss.
  10. We use highly reputable 3rd party courier companies and will make every effort to deliver products on your nominated delivery date. However, occasional delays that are experienced are out of our control, as such, Sweet Stems cannot and does not guarantee a delivery date.  We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and with our courier for delivery.
  11. During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, all orders should be placed AT LEAST THREE WORKING DAYS in advance to ensure complete satisfaction and fulfillment of delivery. Same day delivery is unavailable during peak periods.
