Delivery
Orders need to be placed before 2:30pm EST for delivery schedule to apply. Orders received after 2:00pm Friday or over the weekend are processed on Monday (unless a public holiday coincides) and regular delivery schedule will apply.
Please be mindful that we cannot accept a specific delivery time (e.g. 2:30pm or before 11:00am), however, deliveries will be made to most business addresses by 5:00pm and residential addresses by 7:00pm.
We use highly reputable courier companies and we will make every effort to deliver our products on your nominated delivery date, however occasionally delays are experienced which are out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstance and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Weekends and Public Holidays, we can however deliver on the next available working day. If the recipient is not home to receive arrangement, you may choose to leave the arrangement at the door or to leave a calling card to contact the courier and arrange re-delivery. Depending on circumstances, re-delivery is unlikely to take place on the same day and/ or a re-delivery fee may occur.
For Melbourne metro, same day delivery is available if the order is placed before 10:00am EST on a business day. The rate for a standard same day delivery is $16, otherwise should you require a same day delivery and it's after our 10:00am cut-off, you may request for a VIP same day delivery service - please contact us should you require a quote.
A delivery fee will be charged for any orders that have been shipped and subsequently cancelled. During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, all orders should be placed at least three working days in advance to ensure complete satisfaction and fulfillment of delivery.
